Five Guys—known for its famous burgers, fries and milkshakes—and Dunkin’ Donuts are coming soon to Manvel Town Center, too.
Memorial Hermann Medical Group Primary Care is also slated for a 9,000-square-foot space in the Manvel Town Center. Once finished, Manvel Town Center will incorporate more than 1 million square feet of retail, entertainment, hospitality, medical and office space. The center’s first businesses opened in 2023.
Nearby in Manvel, Marco’s Pizza is coming soon to 19710 Morris Avenue, Unit B.
Tiger J Kim’s World Class Taekwondo is also expanding to Manvel at 19804 Morris Ave, Ste. 140. The business currently operates Pearland and Rosenberg locations and provides martial arts classes for ages 4 and up, including for adults and families.
With these new businesses and more coming just 5 miles from Sierra Vista, it’s the best place to call home.
