Miramesa at Canyon Lakes West ranked among the top 25 master-planned communities in the nation, according to research firm John Burns Real Estate Consulting.
The report, released this month, shows the development tied for No. 23 on the list based on net home sales in 2016. This is the fourth time the community has netted a position among the top 25.
Builders sold 377 homes between Miramesa and Canyon Lakes West last year.

Builders in Miramesa include Anglia Homes, Ashton Woods, Beazer Homes, Censeo Homes, Century Communities, Gehan Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Lennar Homes, Meritage Homes, Perry Homes, David Weekley Homes, and Westin Homes.
The community celebrated the opening of a five-acre recreation center last June. The centerpiece amenity offers resort swimming, tennis, sand volleyball, a dog park, fitness facilities and clubhouse. Pricing in Miramesa begins in the mid-$200,000s.
