Miramesa’s ‘spell-tacular’ model homes are offering a cauldron full of fun when they open their doors to ghosties and ghoulies during the Hocus Pocus Tour of Treats, Saturday, Oct. 22.
From noon to 3 p.m. the candy-laden trail will take tourists through each of the master-planned community’s ‘boo-tifully’ decorated models, where treats and activities will be available to all. The tour is open to the public and costumes are encouraged.
As with their designs, each model will offer a different sweet treat including a tempting S’mores station at the Perry Homes’ model. Tricks will be provided by a magician performing at the Meritage Homes’ model.
Ashton Woods will have a face painter available to add finishing touches to costumed revelers, while Anglia Homes, K Hovnanian and Gehan Homes will offer games. Builders Lennar Homes, Westin Homes, Censeo Homes, Century Communities and David Weekly Homes also will participate.
Offering a range of floorplans, options and amenities, Miramesa’s family of builders will be sure to cast a spell on young and old alike — while engaging in some Halloween fun. In addition, visitors will be able to tour more than 20 homes available for immediate move-in.
Homes in Miramesa are priced from the $200,000s to the $500,000s. The 600-acre community located south of U.S. 290 on Fry Road also offers a number of amenities, including a new recreation complex featuring a 3,000-square-foot clubhouse with exercise facilities and meeting space overlooking a resort-style pool.
