Balmoral not only maintained its ranking as one of the top-selling master-planned communities in the nation, it increased sales by 80 percent and is now the No. 2 top-selling community in Texas.
Esteemed real estate consulting firms John Burns Real Estate Consulting and Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO) annually publish lists of the top-selling master-planned communities in the nation, ranking them based on home sales the previous year. Balmoral achieved the No. 11 spot on the John Burns list and No. 12 on the RCLCO report. Our builders sold an astonishing 841 homes last year. By comparison, home buyers purchased 467 homes in 2019.
The top driver of home sales was historically low interest rates followed by demographics and the desire of many home buyers to live in communities offering a roster of outdoor activities as well as hike-and-bike trails, pools, parks and green spaces in which to socialize.
Balmoral provides residents with a plethora of ways to enjoy the outdoors, including our centerpiece 2-acre Crystal Lagoons® amenity.
