Dining out and dining well just got easier with the opening of Blue Lagoon Bar and Grill in Lago Mar.
Having an upscale restaurant located within a master-planned community is a perk many people don’t have. Within minutes our residents will easily be able to walk, bike or travel our GreenBolt roadway to great food and sunset views.
The menu is eclectic, featuring everything from oysters-on-the-half-shell to New Orleans redfish. We’re partial to the Fried Yard Bird, a tasty compilation of deep-fried chicken breast and garlic-basil aioli served on a soft brioche bun. You can’t go wrong with our braised beef short ribs, either. They are so succulent. Kids will love chowing down on their choice of chicken fingers, mini cheeseburgers, buttered pasta or cheese bread marinara.
If you are in the market for a new brunch spot, you’ve come to the right place. The chicken and waffles are to die for. In the mood for something heartier? Try the steak and eggs or Creole omelet.
Date night? Did we mention our full bar? Dine on appetizers while sipping a “Palm Tree Paradise” or espresso martini. There’s also a great wine list.
When our families are too busy to cook but want to enjoy a great meal, there are family packs. They can order ahead, then pick it up on the way home.
You don’t have to be a resident to enjoy Blue Lagoon Bar and Grill. It’s open to the public 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays. Brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays.
