Castletree Homes to Build GHBA Benefit Home in Miramesa

Posted on Tuesday, August 25, 2015

Miramesa is honored to be a part of the GHBA Beneift Homes Project as Castletree Homes joins the fundraiser by building its home in our community.

“The Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) announces that Castletree Homes has joined the annual GHBA fundraiser called the Benefit Homes Project.

Castletree will be joining Perry Homes as one of two Benefit Homes builders for 2015.
Each year, two homes are built with donated materials, labor and services by GHBA members. These luxurious homes are finished out with top quality amenities and features.

They are sold at market value and proceeds go to three local charities: Texas Children’s Hospital, the Alzheimer’s Association and HomeAid Houston. Since this fundraiser began 35 years ago, $9 million has been raised.

Castletree Homes will be building its Benefit home in Miramesa, a 600-acre community off West Road in Cypress.

‘Castletree Homes are built on a simple philosophy: to exceed the customer’s expectations through distinctive designs, extraordinary craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to customer service. We will be applying this philosophy to not only each home in Miramesa, but to the Benefit home as well. Serving and giving back are part of our DNA, and we want our buyers to ‘love where you live,'” said Todd Atwood, president of Castletree.'”
