Josh Wadley

Director of Land Development

As Director of Land Development, Mr. Wadley brings more than a decade of experience with Land Tejas, during which he has delivered over 7,000 residential lots. His portfolio includes notable communities such as Lago Mar, Sierra Vista, Sterling Lakes, Canterra Creek, Wedgewood Forest, Vanbrooke, and Emberly. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Wadley has cultivated strong partnerships with local municipalities and community leaders. As a project manager, he has led all phases of development—from land acquisition and infrastructure development to amenity construction and final MUD receivables. His broad experience in the homebuilding industry includes close collaboration with capital partners, engineers, architects, and land planners.
