Dinner and a movie will take on a whole new meaning for Miramesa residents next year when Star Cinema Grill opens in Miramesa Town Center.

The 45,000-square-foot dine-in theater will be located at the intersection of West and Fry roads, just minutes from the community’s entry.

In addition to offering first-run movies, the Houston-based chain provides full restaurant services delivered to patrons’ seats. Guests reserve tables when purchasing movie tickets online or at the theater. Once inside, they can order everything from appetizers to desserts.

Many of the menu items have classic movie names such as “Lord of the Onion Rings” and a “Blues Brothers” burger. Guests also will find a full bar offering a selection of wines, beers and mixed drinks. Food and wine can be ordered and consumed while watching the movie.

Star Cinema operates four other dine-in theaters, including their flagship location at the Baybrook Mall.

This newest location also will offer lounge and bar areas where guests can gather before and after the show. The latest technologies such as Sony 4K Digital Projection and RealD 3D will be available, as well.

Star Cinema Grill is just one of the many exciting dining and entertainment options Miramesa residents will discover close to home. The community also provides easy access to a Cinemark theater, several restaurants and both the Houston Premium Outlets and Willowbrook Mall.

Miramesa is located off U.S. 290 on Fry Road at Mirabella Drive. Amenities found within the 780-acre community include a newly opened five-acre recreation complex that includes a 3,000-square-foot clubhouse, resort-style pool, splash pad, tennis and volleyball courts, and a dog park. A range of home choices priced from the $200,000s are available to suit every taste and need.
