When it comes to lists, we love being on them. This time we’ve made the 2017 list of “Largest Houston-area Master-Planned Communities” published by the Houston Business Journal. In fact, we are in the top 10!
Rankings are based on the number of home starts between Oct. 1, 2016, and Sept. 30, 2017. Miramesa had 307 starts during that period placing us at No. 10 on the list. Currently, 2,623 families make their home with us and we are getting new neighbors all of the time.
This year, we also came in at No. 5 on the Metrostudy list of the “Most Active Master-planned Communities” in the Houston area. Nationally — Miramesa as part of Canyon Lakes West — was ranked in the top 50 for “Most Active Master-Planned Communities” by RCLCO.
