Less than two years after our first home sale and not even a year after our grand opening, Lago Mar nabbed the No. 36 spot on a prestigious list of the 50 top-selling master-planned communities in the USA published by real estate research and consulting firm Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO).
Rankings are based on home sales from January through June 2018. During that period Lago Mar recorded 207 sales
