A straight shot up I-45, Baybrook Mall is an easy drive from Lago Mar and the perfect one-stop shop for last-minute holiday shopping.
Baybrook Mall is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. For holiday shoppers, the mall will be open special hours 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Dec. 24 and closed Dec. 25.

New Additions
Tradehome Shoes opened this fall in the mall across from American Eagle Outfitters. The store offers footwear for women, men and children.
The men’s clothing store UNTUCKit celebrated its grand opening Nov. 29 and is located in the mall near H&M.
Pop Mart, the designer toy store, welcomed more than 300 people to its opening day in May. A project has been registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration for a larger space for Pop Mart in Baybrook Mall—going from 1,192 square feet to a 2,118 square-foot storefront on the first level of the mall with estimated construction buildout to be complete in April.

J.Jill, a women’s clothing retailer offering petite, tall and plus sizes, is opening in winter 2026 in the mall.
With an original location in San Antonio’s La Cantera Shopping Mall, the newest Tiny Cantina Sip & Shop at Baybrook Mall is coming soon. Stop by the Tiny Cantina’s temporary location on The Lawn at Baybrook Mall to check it out until the new beer, wine and cocktail bar lounge opens.
The Houston Chronicle reported Necoa, a water purification company that specializes in advanced home water filtration systems, will open a store in the mall in 2026. The project record filed with the TDLR includes buildout of the new store wrapping up in June.
In addition, designer store Coach and Levi’s—the denim clothing retailer for women, men and kids—have plans to open in 2026 in Baybrook Mall, according to The Houston Chronicle.
Baybrook Mall’s store directory lists Valliani Jewelers, a jeweler based in California’s Bay Area since 1999, as coming soon as well. According to the TDLR permit for the project, work will start in February on the space and wrap up in May.
According to mall information, a location of Mister Car Wash is also planned on the mall property.
