Two Land Tejas communities are among the nation’s best-selling, according to esteemed real estate consulting firm Robert Charles Lesser & Co (RCLCO).
The highly anticipated top 50 list ranks master-planned communities by the number of homes sold in 2019. Balmoral in Humble and Harmony in Spring made the cut.
Balmoral, home of Texas’ first Crystal Lagoons®, jumped an astonishing 16 spots over the previous year, fueled by a 40 percent increase in sales. Last year Balmoral placed at No. 42 with 334 sales. This year it nabbed the No. 26 spot with 467 sales.
This is the third year Harmony has been recognized as a top 50 community. Sales for 2019 were up 13 percent with Harmony welcoming 481 homebuyers and earning the No. 24 spot on the list.
