Real estate research and consulting firm Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO) has released a list of top-selling master-planned communities in the nation and guess what? We’re a best seller!
The prestigious list is published yearly and ranks the top 50 communities based on the previous year’s home sales. We nabbed the No. 43 spot with 321 homes sold.
This is our first year on the annual list, although we debuted on the RCLCO mid-year report last July.
What makes our entrance sweet is that our top-seller status comes just two years after our first home sale. Since it can take years for a master-planned community to make the list, we’re feeling pretty good about ourselves.
The report cites several factors that characterize the top 50, including an appealing range of home choices, exceptional amenities and events designed to build a sense of community.
Lago Mar offers homes to fit every budget from eight nationally recognized builders, including Westin Homes, Gehan Homes, D.R. Horton, Long Lake Ltd., Anglia Homes, Censeo Homes, Castle Rock Communities and Saratoga Homes. Homes are priced from the $210s.
